School Fees
The documents available in the purple menu provide full details of our school fees, payment terms, and conditions. We encourage all families to review these documents carefully before their child starts at Rygaards, as they contain important information about fees, deposits, payment schedules, and notice periods.
Bursary
Bursary or School Fee Reduction is allocated to applicants according to a scale decided by the State Rebate Committee and depends on your income and number of children.
If you wish to apply for a rebate in school fees, please complete the application form, which you can acquire from the school office, and return it before the 31st of August.
Approved applications will be allocated a rebate as a reduction in school fees from February to June.
School Fees at a Glance
Below is a summary of the main fees associated with joining and attending Rygaards International School.
A one-time, non-refundable Application Fee of DKK 2,000 is payable when you submit a formal application for admission.
If a place is offered and accepted, a one-time, non-refundable Enrollment Fee of DKK 2,000 is payable.
To secure your child’s place, a Deposit of DKK 15,000 is required upon acceptance of the offer.
The deposit is refunded when your child leaves the school, provided that all outstanding payments have been settled and all school materials have been returned in satisfactory condition.
Tuition fees vary depending on:
- Your child’s year group
- The number of children enrolled at Rygaards
- The date of enrollment during the school year
